The current situation makes us stay at home more than we are used to. Let's turn creative and make the time we have to stay indoors super fun!
Stick a paper plate and an ice lolly together with the help of tape. Use it as a racket. Blow up a balloon and play tennis!
2.Camping in the living room
Set up a play tent and bring over some sleeping bags. Cozy-up with pillows if you'd like. Make cacao, serve marshmallows and enjoy!
Invite your little ones to play photojournalists to document everything during a couple of hours. Not only they will have fun, but there will also be lots of good memories!
4. Theater play
Let the kids decide on which theater play they would like to set up by picking their favourite story. Have fun picking the requisites together from what is available on the surface of the living room / bedroom.
Turn lunchtime into a picnic on the living room's floor. Maybe the kids can help out with preparing sandwiches or cinnamon buns?
Nothing can beat the all times favourite. Super easy to prepare too. You will need 2 cups of all purpose flour, 1 cup of water and 1 of cup salt. Knead the dough to make it smooth. Let the kids make footprints or handprints, or maybe even a door sign for their room?
7. Paper dolls
Ask the kids to draw a shape of a doll on a piece of paper and cut it out. Afterwards they can try drawing and cutting out some suitable clothes for it!
Doesn´t have to be too advanced to make it fun! Throughout the house create different puzzles and tasks that kids have to find the solution to or carry out in order to proceed to the next one. The treasure can be freshly baked cinnamon buns or something else yummy.
9.Drawing a robot
What about drawing a robot together? Let the kids take turns in drawing its head and the rest of its body parts.
10.Tower of improvised materials
Ask the kids to build a tower with whatever is available around them. Here it is only their fantasy (and their mom!) who sets boundaries.
